Our client "Jeffkins Accountancy & Business Solutions" is seeking a Senior Accountant / Tax Manager to join their team Are you an experienced accountant looking for a pivotal role where you can mentor a team, manage key client relationships, and shape the future of a growing firm? Lead and develop: Mentor and guide a small, friendly professional team to achieve their full potential. Manage complex accounts: Prepare, review, and oversee tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies, with a focus on high-net-worth clients. Provide expert advice: Deliver high-quality tax and business advisory services to a diverse client base. Build strong relationships: Foster and maintain client connections as a primary point of contact. Drive improvement: Assist in developing and implementing business processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate strategically: Work closely with the director on strategic projects and firm development. Who are they looking for? Experienced professional: Ideally, you'll have at least 7 years of experience in public practice accounting, but we welcome applications from all qualified candidates. Qualified accountant: Hold a CPA or CA qualification. Technical expert: Demonstrate strong knowledge in Division 7A, FBT, CGT, and business structuring. Advisory skills: Proven experience in delivering business advisory and compliance services. Leadership qualities: Excellent mentoring and communication skills to guide and inspire your team.
