Providing Reliable & Sustainable Asphalting Services Throughout Victoria | Director - B.A Road Services We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team at B.A. ROAD SERVICES PTY LTD in Melton, VIC. As Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our accounting processes. This full‑time position is integral to the success of all of our business. Responsibilities Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing and reconciliations Preparing and analysing financial reports and statements Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records Retention reviews and tracking Credit applications for clients and suppliers Purchase order creation Monthly reporting on established budget (by mid‑month) for each month Tracking equipment finance, leases, and capital expenditure Creating forecasts and budgets for financial years (EOFY for the next FY) and maintaining budgets Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts management or senior accounting role Strong technical accounting skills, including expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Proficient in the use of accounting software (Xero) and spreadsheet applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (desirable) Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Finance and Sales Industries Construction Melton, Victoria, Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
