We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team at B.A. ROAD SERVICES PTY LTD' in Melton, VIC. As Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our accounting processes. This full-time position is integral to the success of all of our business. What you'll be doing Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing and reconciliations Preparing and analysing financial reports and statements Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records Retention reviews and tracking Credit applications for clients and suppliers Purchase order creation Monthly reporting on established budget (by mid‑month) for month Track equipment finance, leases, and capital expenditure Creating forecasts and budgets for financial years (EOFY for the next FY) and maintaining budgets What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts management or senior accounting role Strong technical accounting skills, including expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Proficient in the use of accounting software (Xero) and spreadsheet applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (desirable) What we offer At B.A. ROAD SERVICES PTY LTD', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
