ONE REC Global is working closely with a well-established and growing accounting and advisory firm in Melton, Victoria who are looking to add an Accountant to the team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director and the wider team on a range of client engagements, including high-net-worth individuals and small businesses. You’ll be supported to build your technical skills, take on more responsibility over time, and develop your career within the firm. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, partnership, trust and company tax returns Support the management of tax affairs for high-net-worth clients and SMEs Deliver accurate tax and business advisory support to a varied client base Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and workflow efficiency Work closely with the Director and broader team on client work and firm initiatives Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in public practice accounting CPA or CA qualified (or working towards qualification) Solid technical grounding in Division 7A, FBT, CGT and business structuring Experience in business advisory and tax compliance services Strong communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive working style Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused Confident using Xero, MYOB and Xero Tax (or similar cloud-based accounting software) What's on Offer This organisation is committed to providing a professional and supportive environment that values work-life balance, excellence, and growth.
