Our client, a Tier 2/3 Main Contractor, operates throughout Queensland on projects valued up to $50M. As part of a larger corporate contractor, our client combines the agility and lean decision-making of a smaller company with the security and financial stability of a larger organization. Headquartered in Toowoomba with additional offices in Brisbane, our client employs around 40 people, including both site personnel and office professionals.

Position Summary:
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team on a $30M Luxury Residential Townhouse Development in Toowoomba. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for project management, programme management, client engagement and end to end project performance on this luxury residential build.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee end-to-end project management for projects valued between $10M to $30M.
Lead a team on a $30M Luxury Residential Townhouse Development.
Manage project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Utilize project management software such as Aconex, Procore, and Cheops.
Requirements:
8+ years of contract administration experience or significant project management experience.
Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Experience with Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to relocate to Toowoomba for this specific project or full time (accommodation support provided).
