The Opportunity As a member of the Health Safety Wellbeing team, the Injury Management Coordinator will support workplace injury claims, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs at their flagship facility. Key responsibilities Open and maintain accurate injury files Complete incident notifications and track claims progress Coordinate early intervention and return-to-work plans Support employees through the claims and RTW process Liaise with site leaders, practitioners, and employees on suitable duties Monitor recovery, wellbeing, and staged return-to-work schedules Engage with healthcare providers and track treatment plans Participate in claim review meetings and report on progress Ensure data integrity and coordinate wage payments and reconciliation Support achievement of Workers’ Compensation KPIs About You You are a skilled and proactive professional with experience in Workers’ Compensation and return-to-work coordination either on agent or employer side. Experience managing Workers’ Compensation claims in an industrial environment Relevant qualifications Strong knowledge of claims processes and legislation Excellent organisational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills Confident working independently and collaboratively Calm, customer-focused, and proactive in challenging situations Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for injured employees To Apply For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please contact Ramtin Parvar at Miller Leith on ***, or submit your application via the link.
