Injury Management Coordinator – HAYLO People We are experts in Personal Injury, Safety and General Insurance recruitment. We are partnering with a leading organization in the logistics sector to recruit an experienced Injury Management Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in ensuring safe, sustainable and cost‑effective recovery of employees following workplace injury. Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic support to injured employees, including assistance with claim lodgment and coordination of medical appointments. Build positive and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and operational leaders. Attend medical case conferences to help develop tailored RTW plans. Contribute to a collaborative, compliant, and engaged work environment. About You Experience in Injury Management, Return‑to‑Work Coordination or Workers’ Compensation case management. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage complex claims and deliver safe, sustainable RTW outcomes. High attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive information.
