Senior Substance Misuse Case Manager – Outreach Full-time position based in Doncaster. Salary £30,403 - £36,729 depending on experience. Employer: Aspire We are a registered charity that has been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years. We work in partnership with the NHS, combining the strengths of NHS provision under the leadership of a consultant with the strengths of the voluntary sector provided by us. Responsibilities The outreach team engages with rough sleepers and the hard‑to‑reach community, as well as those with physical health needs, supporting them to enter the treatment system and wider local community services. You will devise a holistic care package based on a risk and needs assessment, working flexibly to meet the needs of this service user group. Qualifications Relevant experience in the substance misuse field. Relevant degree such as psychology, sociology, social work or a Diploma in Adult Care. Level 3 Tackling Substance Misuse and ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management or equivalent. For those experienced but lacking formal qualifications, we provide a comprehensive package of accredited qualifications and support for newly qualified Social Workers in the ASYE programme. Interview Interviews will be held in Doncaster on 22 December 2025. Benefits Generous annual leave: 29 days per annum, rising to 31 after 2 years and 34 after 5, plus public holidays.
