Deputy Principal - Early Years Intervention This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026. Dudley Park Primary School was opened in 1976 and is set amongst the Tuart trees in the heart of Mandurah. Providing education for students from Kindergarten to Year 6, we support the development of younger children in the community through the Dudley Park Child and Parent Centre. The Role In collaboration with the Principal and the Executive Team, the Deputy Principal – Early Years Intervention will ideally provide high level strategic leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school’s vision, business plan and strategic directions across the school community. The successful applicant will ideally display experience in supporting and building the capacity of their staff through the implementation of evidence based Early Years programs. This would be enacted through leading data informed practice with respect to student engagement, pastoral care and wellbeing and supporting the strategic planning of targeted initiatives to enhance student wellbeing, progress and achievement in the Early Years. This role should also require experience in supporting the increasing complex needs of students entering the Early Years through working with school staff and outside agencies.
