Tracc Civil is an industry-leading civil construction and earthmoving contractor based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia, delivering projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our established Estimating team. This role involves estimating a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects valued between $500K and $10 million. About the Role As a Civil Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates and supporting successful tender submissions across a wide range of civil works. Projects include bulk earthworks, roadworks, underground services, drainage, sewer and utilities infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate civil construction cost estimates Complete quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications Compile and submit tender pricing and bid documentation Source, review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes Liaise and negotiate with civil subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and availability Prepare estimates for underground services including water reticulation, sewer, stormwater drainage, gas, power and NBN Assist with project handovers, budgets and variations Attend site inspections and pre-tender meetings as required Key Requirements Relevant qualifications and/or proven experience as a Civil Estimator Demonstrated experience estimating within the civil construction industry Knowledge of earthworks, road construction, drainage, sewer and services infrastructure Experience using estimating software such as Expert Estimation (highly regarded) Ability to incorporate labour productivity, plant, materials and subcontractor pricing into estimates Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tenders, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Benefits Weekly pay cycle Competitive salary depending on experience Paid training and professional development Supportive and collaborative management team Positive and inclusive company culture Free on‑site parking Employee Assistance Program (EAP) APPLY NOW with your current resume and a cover letter outlining your civil estimating experience.
