At Tracksuit, we’re building the world’s most loved brand tracking platform - now tracking in 25 markets and trusted by over 1,000 brands globally. We believe that great brands are built on creativity, care, and consistency - and that’s exactly how we’re building Tracksuit. We’re growing fast globally (we launched 17 new markets last week), and we’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer to architect and run the global operating systems and rhythm that powers our next stage of values led growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a rocket ship at the moment our global footprint is being shaped and to leave a lasting legacy on one of the most exciting SaaS companies to come out of Australasia. The Opportunity As our COO, you’ll bring strong organisational leadership experience to design and run Tracksuit’s global operating engine - connecting strategy, planning, finance, legal and execution in a way that enables us to scale with pace and purpose. Organisations are changing rapidly with AI shaping every part of how we work, as the COO you will lead our company AI strategy, supporting leaders and teams to reshape work and drive efficiency. You’ll create clarity, rhythm, and accountability across the organisation, ensuring we’re aligned on what matters most while freeing the CEO to focus on growth, product, and culture. You’ll sit on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as the integrator between vision and execution - helping us operate as one global team with shared purpose and precision. This is a role for a deeply capable, systems minded leader who can balance operational excellence with creativity, empathy, and enterprise thinking. You’ll also champion what it truly means to be a brand believer. At Tracksuit, we turn brand health measures into meaningful outcomes, the kind that help brand believers everywhere (marketers, agencies, and media platforms) build great brands and strengthen their reputations. To do this well, you’ll need to bring your own conviction: a deep belief in brand, its commercial power, and its ability to move people and businesses forward. What You'll Do: Champion responsible AI and data adoption across the business, helping teams use technology to enhance productivity, visibility, and innovation while staying human centred. Play a key leadership role on the ELT, shaping strategy, enabling growth at scale, and role modelling authentic leadership by balancing functional excellence with company-wide priorities. Lead Tracksuit’s annual and quarterly planning cycles, connecting strategy, OKRs, and resources through rigorous insight and clear prioritisation. Oversee the finance function to ensure sound financial management, operational efficiency, commercial insight, and governance frameworks that support sustainable global growth. Build scalable processes across finance, legal, pricing, analytics, and business operations - creating visibility, clarity, and confident decision making. Own the operating rhythm of Tracksuit: meetings, reporting, performance dashboards, and execution tracking. To keep us aligned, accountable, and focused on what matters most. Align and connect core functions across all markets so we operate as one global team, guided by shared data, insights and strategic priorities. What Success Looks Like Tracksuit consistently hits company OKRs and financial targets. Systems scale smoothly across markets, increasing alignment and operational velocity. Decision making becomes faster, clearer and more evidence driven. Functions are connected and aligned, working from shared data and insight. AI and automation empower company wide gains in how we work - boosting efficiency, expanding capacity and improving execution. The CEO and ELT feel deeply supported, aligned and enabled through world class operational leadership. Thats the role, so who are you? A seasoned operational leader with experience scaling global, multi market organisations - ideally in SaaS, tech, or high growth environments. Equally comfortable in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational execution. An integrator who thrives on connecting dots, simplifying complexity and enabling teams to execute brilliantly. A systems thinker who loves creating clarity and rhythm without adding unnecessary process or bureaucracy. A trusted partner to the CEO - grounded, decisive, and collaborative. Driven by a belief that AI and automation can reinvent operating models and unlock new levels of performance. Motivated by purpose and excited to help build something that matters. $335,000 - $370,000 a year We practice transparent compensation at Tracksuit, which means we put a real focus on fair compensation for our people and their roles. We run comprehensive full-cycle comp reviews annually, as well as rolling promotions when you've levelled up. Your salary is supplemented with our best-in-class benefits package, as well as generous ESOP. Why join us at Tracksuit? Tracksuit is one of Australasia’s fastest-growing startups — and at just over 4 years old, we’re already partnering with 1,000+ amazing brands across NZ, AU the US and UK including Doordash, Mars, Bondi Sands, Unilever, Grüns and many more. We have grown our revenue by more than 10x in the last few years and have had over 200% year on year growth in the US. We’re building the common language for brand - and we’re doing it with a globally distributed, tight-knit, and ambitious team. We’re all about transparency, trust, learning, and building something we’re proud of. Here’s a few things we think make Tracksuit a great place to work: ⦿Compensation: Competitive market-rate salaries. We’ve also got a fully transparent compensation framework, so everything’s out in the open. ⦿Equity: Every Trackstar gets a slice of the pie through our ESOP program. ⦿Wellbeing perks: 6 weeks paid leave, an annual wellness bonus, and access to top tier EAP services. ⦿Parental support: 12 weeks paid parental leave for all parents, extra support for IVF, and a phased return to work. ⦿Flex where it counts: We’re office-first, with stunning hubs in Auckland, NYC, London, and Sydney. FYI - We’re pet-friendly in principle and practice — with the occasional four-legged visitor adding to the charm, not the chaos. If you’re excited to lead at a global scale and shape the operational backbone of a high growth SaaS business - we’d love to chat #J-18808-Ljbffr
