As a Manpower Resources Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment and workforce coordination solutions. You will manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates—while ensuring all documentation and processes meet professional standards. You will also provide guidance on workforce planning, maintain strong client relationships, and support operational improvements within a hybrid work structure. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to identify staffing needs and recommend effective recruitment strategies Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding Maintain accurate candidate and workforce documentation Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development Provide insights to improve recruitment workflows and client satisfaction Communicate regularly with clients and candidates in a hybrid working arrangement Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and accuracy in all recruitment-related data Balance administrative duties with scheduled on-site activities Qualifications Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing Experience in onboarding and workforce coordination Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of workforce planning and HR operational practices Proficiency in recruitment software, digital tools, and applicant tracking systems Ability to work effectively within a hybrid work structure Strong relationship management and client consultation experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Experience in workforce consulting is advantageous Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Aussie Workforce Connect by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
