Where you’ll be working The Sutherland Hospital and Community Health Service is located in the Sutherland Shire, approximately half an hour drive south of Sydney, in the suburb of Caringbah. The hospital was established in 1958 and is a major metropolitan teaching hospital. The hospital motto, from its inception, is “Endeavour to Serve”. We offer a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services to the residents of the Sutherland Shire. We have 375 beds and each year we care for more than 50,000 patients in our Emergency Department and around 28,000 patients are admitted to our hospital. What you’ll be doing The position will support the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and Directorate of Strategy Innovation and Improvement to effectively plan and forecast needs in relation to the design and delivery of its health services, as well as support the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships.
