The Opportunity At Bare, we create world‑class experiences for our families. We support them throughout the entire end‑of‑life journey. We’re now building the physical backbone of that vision – cutting‑edge operating hubs that blend logistics, care, and client experience under one roof. We are building across the nation to serve families, and need an exceptional Delivery Lead to turn our rollout vision into reality. What You’ll Do Reporting directly to the Founders and working closely with our executive team, you will be building the facilities and spaces that many thousands of Australians will have as their final resting place. You’ll be transforming internal operation specs and site plans into thriving, high‑performance hubs where our people do their best work and families experience world‑class care. Responsibilities Lead projects end‑to‑end: from finding the perfect site to cutting the ribbon on launch day. You’ll plan, design, coordinate, and deliver every aspect with clarity and confidence. Bring ideas to life, fast: you’ll move from concept to construction with urgency, juggling budgets, schedules, and stakeholders while keeping quality non‑negotiable. Shape the blueprint for a national rollout: each hub you build refines the model that will scale across Australia, with your playbook becoming the standard for world‑class facilities. Partner with the best: work side by side with Bare’s internal teams – customer care, operations, product and marketing – and collaborate in an egoless environment. Be the connector: manage all stakeholders including architects, builders, regulators, councils, and internal teams to achieve this shared vision. Drive momentum: when roadblocks appear, you’re the calm problem‑solver who finds a way forward, always with empathy and precision. The Ideal Candidate Thrive on delivering projects. You take pride in seeing a plan come to life, fast. You’re great with people, love rolling up your sleeves, and have the agility to navigate construction meetings one moment, a funeral the next, then round out your morning with an update on our product roadmap. Ideally you have: Proven experience delivering operational builds ideally in logistics, healthcare, industrial, or similar environments. A strong understanding of fit‑out, compliance and vendor management – from construction timelines, approvals and operational readiness. The ability to build trust and buy‑in with diverse teams. You’ll need to be likable, collaborative, and low‑ego. Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving skills. You thrive on juggling moving parts. A drive for speed and excellence.
