In this role, you’ll deliver accurate financial reporting, support asset and corporate transactions, and drive process improvements. You’ll collaborate across business units and with external auditors, prepare insightful Board papers, and help implement new accounting standards. This is a great opportunity for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to Australia’s leading real asset manager.**What you will be doing*** Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for month-end, half-year, and year-end results.* Support asset and corporate transactions, including financial due diligence and accounting impact assessments.* Prepare Board papers with clear financial insights.* Collaborate with business units and external auditors to coordinate audits and ensure deadlines are met.* Drive process improvements and help implement new accounting standards across the Dexus platform.**About You*** Hold a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CA/CPA certification.* At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in financial reporting or technical accounting roles.* Skilled at explaining complex financial matters clearly to stakeholders at all levels.* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to drive process improvements.* Thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
