This role will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional client servicing across our Australian and New Zealand retail and institutional client base, and across both public and private markets.* Delivery of accurate, comprehensive and timely client reporting across all asset classes and investment vehicles.* Serve as a key contact for clients, internal and external stakeholders, responding to ad-hoc client queries, research requests, and compliance attestations, ensuring all requests are answered in a comprehensive, insightful and timely manner.* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to respond to annual and ad-hoc operational due diligence questionnaires.* Coordinate with investment teams and our specialist investment managers to gather investment data and insights.* Proactive identification and resolution of any data inconsistencies.* Work with operational teams to ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.* Maintenance of ad hoc client request logs and client reporting calendar.* Track and report on delivery metrics across reporting categories, including submissions to internal governance reporting.* Maintaining excellent knowledge of regulatory environment as it impacts our client base.* Participation in projects relating to process enhancement and business efficiency.* 3-5 years of relevant work experience within funds management (preferably experience in Institutional Client Services).* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.* Genuine interest in and understanding of financial markets and investment products.* Highly numerate, strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills.* Exceptional attention to detail.* Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
