Marketing Manager Location: Unit 22, 257 Balcatta Rd, Balcatta, WA 6021 Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 About: ABS College and ABS Recruitment and Staffing Agency are industry leaders providing training and staffing solutions across aged care and disability sectors. Based in Balcatta, we are committed to delivering high-impact education and supporting workforce development throughout Western Australia. About the Role: As our Marketing Manager, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of our marketing, communications, and branding activities. Reporting to the Managing Director, your work will boost student enrolment, grow our staffing services, and enhance our organisation’s profile within education and health services. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and deliver marketing strategies for both ABS College and ABS Recruitment Establish marketing objectives, budgets, and performance benchmarks Supervise internal marketing staff and external consultants Implement campaigns for accredited short courses and the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support Build and maintain partnerships with aged care and disability providers Promote our staffing agency services and support workforce growth Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms Oversee and optimise digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media) Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies to maximise effectiveness About You: Proven experience in marketing leadership, ideally in education, health, or related industries (At least three years of relevant work experience is preferred).
