What is involved in this role? We offer a diverse range of casual shifts that kick off as early as 6am, seven days a week. As a valued member of our team, your mission is to deliver exceptional, person-centered care, elevating the lives of our disability clients within the warmth and familiarity of their own homes. A Day in the Life : Providing support to NDIS participants living in the community which involves travelling to multiple clients per day and providing support in their own homes. Your role encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including providing personal care, assisting our clients with cooking and meal preparation, domestic tasks, offering dependable transport services, and social support and social assistance, empowering our clients to actively engage in community activities. Location : You will be matched to clients according to where you live in the Perth, Mandurah or Bunbury area.
