The Role As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process: Hunt for new business : Target untapped organisations and drive growth. Expand existing accounts : Uncover new opportunities across departments and locations. Close deals fast : Convert every enquiry into revenue. Deliver customer success : Roll up your sleeves to coordinate deliveries and solve problems on the spot. This isn’t just about hitting targets; it’s about shaping the customer experience and driving our growth. What You Bring 2–3 years of strong sales experience with results to prove it. Relentless drive, resilience, and hustle. Ability to close confidently over the phone, by email, and face-to-face. A customer-first mindset: solve problems, build trust, deliver value. You work as a team player, whilst being driven to achieve yourown results. Experience in rental/hire or the industrial/electrical sector is an advantage, but not essential.
