About the role As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you will oversee a team, provide a broad range of accounting solutions and ensure that value-added services are provided to our clients. You’ll be responsible for meeting the team's overall productivity and have the opportunity to mentor and provide guidance to your junior colleagues. Responsibilities Lead & mentor staff, championing the firm's expectations for productivity, quality and continuous improvement Preparing complex reports Reviewing complex BAS returns and financial statements Reviewing & interpreting financial reports, using Xero, MYOB & other accounting software Review of management accounts, cash flow reports and annual financial reports across various entity structures and industries Review of team invoicing and management against budget About you The successful candidate will be a tertiary & CA / CPA qualified Accountant, with established experience in public practice accounting. You might be an Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in your career, or an established Manager who is looking to join a dynamic and vibrant team culture. You will demonstrate experience reviewing work and overseeing the development of junior staff, as well as experience using Xero, MYOB and Reckon APS software. Ultimately, you’ll be a confident communicator, good team player and will be driven to deliver results and enhance your career.
