Apprentice Gardener / Horticulturist - Mornington Peninsula Why a Gardener/Horticulturist Apprenticeship? Working in a team at Botanic Horticultureyou will work outdoors, completing a self-paced apprenticeship usually over a 2 year period. You will learn skills such as identifying and pruning plants, hedging, topiary, treating pests and diseases, turf management, operating horticultural machinery, and maintaining irrigation systems.
