By coordinating events, fostering strong resident engagement and providing best‑in‑class services, you will help cultivate a strong sense of community at Melbourne Quarter West. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Support leasing and property tasks, including check‑ins, inspections, and apartment viewings. Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow‑through. Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations. Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.
