Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with professional standards, legal frameworks and WSLHD policies. Deliver and assist in assessing, planning and evaluating nursing care aligned to individual patient needs Provide best-practice care within professional boundaries and ANSCO competencies Support holistic, patient-focused care that upholds rights, dignity and safety Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care Maintain accurate, detailed documentation to support safe and effective patient management How to Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Essential Criteria Registration: Current and valid registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Selection Criteria Current Authority to Practice as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health-related information systems Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues Capacity to work seven (7) day rotating roster including public holidays.
