About the Role We are seeking a Therapy and Leisure Partner to join our team at our 73-bed residential facility in Midland. In this role, you will promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents by partnering with them to engage in meaningful daily activities. You will work closely with the allied health team to support residents in maintaining their functional abilities, encouraging them to use and develop skills in ways that are personally meaningful. You will follow residents' care plans and provide person-centred support during therapeutic activities. Additionally, you’ll help ensure all practices comply with Work Health and Safety policies, and you will encourage and support family involvement in daily life.
