Truck Driver

About the role A great opportunity has arisen in our Pambula Mitre 10 Trade Centre business for a Truck Driver to cover the South Coast. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role working a 38-hour week starting anytime between 6 – 8am. The team member will provide excellent customer service, must be motivated, and be relied upon to work in an unsupervised environment. They will need to hold a current HR Truck License and a Hiab ticket. What you will be doing Delivery goods to our customers in the South Coast Region Will be required to Serve Customers, Pick and pack orders along with putting stock away when not doing deliveries Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors Provide accurate deliveries on time, with a high focus on customer service Be relied upon to represent the company in a professional manner What you will bring Hold a valid car license Hold a current MR or HR Truck License – essential Forklift License (an advantage) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be physically fit (some heavy liftings require) Able to deliver to building sites in surrounding areas About Us For over 50 years Mitre 10 has been the local and independent hardware store to thousands of Australians.
