Ventia have been awarded a 6-year Defence Base Services contract Work for a top 200 ASX listed company based in Australia and New Zealand Opportunities based at Anglesea Barracks in Hobart In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking an Accommodation & Cleaning Supervisor to join our team supporting Defence. This is a hands‑on role focused on coordinating and supervising accommodation and cleaning services to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across designated sites. About the Role Ventia is seeking a dedicated Accommodation & Cleaning Supervisor to join our team on a full‑time basis. Key Responsibilities Supervising accommodation and cleaning operations to meet contractual obligations and service delivery standards. Driving compliance with Ventia’s SHEQ management systems and promoting a zero‑harm culture. Developing and maintaining cleaning schedules and auditing processes. Leading and developing staff through training, coaching, and performance management. Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. About You Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facilities management. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve service delivery standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and safety requirements. Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result, the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police check.
