Operation Coordinator Location: Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia. Full‑time, contingent position based upon contract award. Onsite 100%. KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high‑end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. Who You Are You are a proactive Operations Coordinator who manages multiple moving parts, ensures smooth operations across teams, and excels in dynamic environments where coordination and communication are key. You thrive on efficiency, problem‑solving, and making a real impact. What You’ll Do Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes and goals. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet or exceed standards. Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on project goals and updates. Requirements Must be a US or Australian citizen. Must possess an active US Secret or AUS PV Clearance. Minimum of five years of maintenance operations coordination experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
