Who You Are You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator with a proven track record of managing complex operational tasks and driving efficiency across projects. Your organizational expertise and ability to navigate through challenges make you an invaluable asset in ensuring smooth, high-functioning operations. You excel in coordinating resources, schedules, and teams to ensure that objectives are met on time and to the highest standard. What You’ll Do In the role of Senior Operations Coordinator, your duties will include: Oversees daily activities across functions, supporting department heads. Implements operational policies to promote efficiency and positive culture. Analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. Engages with senior management and stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. Implements and maintains quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards. Ensures clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates. Other duties as required. Requirements Must be a US or Australian citizen Must possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance. Must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree, from an accredited institution, in Business Administration, Management, or related field, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must have a minimum of seven years of significant experience in operations management. Must have an understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will be located in Alice Springs.
