As the new Learning and Development Coordinator , you’ll take the reins of our organisation‑wide capability strategy, building systems, structures and culture that allow our workforce to thrive. Based in Broome, WA , and reporting to the Business Services Executive Manager, this isn’t just a coordinator role - it’s an opportunity to drive change , influence leadership, and embed learning into the heartbeat of everything we do. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Driving the launch and ongoing implementation of BRAMS’ new Learning & Development Framework Working with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways Coordinating training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member Managing and optimising our ELMO Learning Management System Designing and delivering onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programs Overseeing clinical credentialing and competency programs Using data and feedback to evaluate, report, and continuously improve L&D outcomes Championing a positive, collaborative, reflective learning culture across all BRAMS teams Are You the One? Whether you’re already in L&D or you’re ready to step up from clinical education, operations or compliance , we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar learning and development, workforce capability, or related field. Additionally, the following skills and experience will be highly valued. Exposure to managing learning systems, planning programs or coordinating training events A knack for turning chaos into clarity and spreadsheets into strategy A genuine drive to build people up and support their success Cultural awareness and a commitment to safe, respectful, inclusive practice Bonus points (but not deal‑breakers) if you have: A qualification in training, HR, education or organisational development Experience with ELMO or other LMS platforms Familiarity with clinical or workforce credentialing design from the ground up, shaping how staff learn, grow, and contribute to better health outcomes across the Kimberley.
