Location: Darwin (Commencing 2026 at our new Berrimah Offices) Status: Full‑time - Ongoing Annual Salary: $76,946 per annum plus 15% superannuation Join a team that supports your growth and the growth of others The Northern Land Council (NLC) is seeking Learning Coordinator , to manage and optimise dhukarr , the organisation’s learning management system, and to support the coordination and smooth delivery of learning across the organisation. About the Role As the Learning Coordinator , you will support everyday learning across the NLC by administering dhukarr , the organisation’s learning management system. You will maintain and optimise the system, coordinate learning activities and programmes, manage logistics and reporting, and keep learning information and staff participation records accurate and up to date. You will also help promote learning opportunities, and make it easy for staff to access the resources and support they need to learn at work. Your responsibilities will include: Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the learning management system, including course setup, user management, reporting, and keeping learning materials up to date; Support reporting and evaluation by collating attendance, feedback and completion data to help track learning activity and outcomes, including completing and assisting reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders i.e. regional and full council; Handle the day‑to‑day administration and financial tasks of the L&D team, including purchasing and accounting, using templates, checklists and standard processes to keep the team organised; Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of learning activities, including booking rooms, facilitators, equipment and travel; For a full copy of the Position Description refer to the link provided below. About You You are a proactive, detail‑focused professional who enjoys supporting others to learn and grow. You bring strong coordination and technical skills to manage the learning management system, and you work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to deliver accessible, well‑organised learning programmes. You are adaptable, organised and committed to improving how learning is delivered. You will bring: Minimum Certificate IV in Business, Learning and Development, Administration, or another relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience; Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role providing administrative, system and/or coordination support, ideally in a learning, HR or corporate services environment; Demonstrated high‑level cross‑cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively liaise, engage and coordinate across an organisation and to build productive working relationships with work colleagues, constituents and external stakeholders; Organised and able to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines in a busy team environment; A current NT C Class driver’s licence and willingness to travel remotely (4WD and light aircraft); Why Join the NLC? We offer: Competitive base salary of $76,946 per annum plus 15% superannuation; Salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 p.a. (plus meal and accommodation benefits up to $2,650); District allowance of up to $4,884 per annum (with dependants) or $2,678 (without); Five (5) weeks annual leave, leave loading, 18 days personal leave; Annual airfare benefit after 12 months of service (net value $3,177); The NLC’s annual close‑down period will run from 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. The organisation will relocate to its new Berrimah office in early January, with new employees commencing from 20 January 2026.
