Be a hands‑on leader, clearing tables, serving drinks and jumping behind the bar to show your team how it’s done. Mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Cultivate a fun‑first culture. Support the Venue Management team in ensuring your Venue Front‑of‑House teams’ success, balancing financial focus with operational excellence. Manage labour costs and COG to maximise the Front‑of‑House department’s profitability. Champion excellence in the amusement department, run the Redemption Store, keep up with maintenance, cleaning and encourage customers to get involved in the fun Encourage up‑selling and ensure marketing promotions are managed to maximise profitability. Run excellent events and functions, giving our clients the best in‑venue experience possible. Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their best, the atmosphere is set, and our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action What Will You Bring? Infectious enthusiasm and positivity. Proven experience in hospitality leadership. An understanding of a venue's financials. A can‑do attitude, and a hands‑on approach. Valid RSA and Approved Managers card.
