Demand Generation Manager Asseti is the category-defining platform for asset intelligence and operations, used by some of the world's largest real estate owners to understand their assets, optimize portfolio performance, and make smarter operational, maintenance, and capital decisions. We turn complex, fragmented asset information into a single source of truth - combining real-time condition insights with the operational context needed to prioritize work, manage risk, and drive efficient action across large property networks. Asseti automates condition detection, triage, repair prioritization, and cost forecasting at scale. We streamline asset operations by enabling teams to identify issues, understand impact, coordinate responses, and measure improvement - all within one unified platform. We’re building the intelligence and operational backbone that helps leading organisations run their assets with clarity, consistency, and confidence. The opportunity We're scaling fast - and we need a Demand Generation Manager to fuel that growth. This is your chance to build the programs that drive qualified pipeline, open high-value conversations, and accelerate revenue across ANZ and the US. You'll work hand-in-hand with the senior leadership team to architect campaigns that matter, convert, and scale. The role You will be the engine for top-of-funnel and mid-funnel growth - building and executing multi-channel campaigns, improving conversion across the website and paid media, and enabling sales with programs that open doors and progress deals. You’ll work closely with the AE team, product marketing, and leadership to focus efforts where they drive the most impact. What you will do Build, run, and optimise integrated campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, and partner channels to increase qualified pipeline Own website and landing page conversion, improving lead capture and driving higher demo and meeting rates Design and iterate on email, lifecycle, and nurture sequences that progress leads to opportunities Partner with sales on targeted, account-based plays that create meetings with ICP accounts Stand up and refine the growth tooling stack across analytics, attribution, and automation Track and report on funnel performance, turning insights into next-best actions and budget allocation Test new channels and creative systematically to find efficient, scalable growth levers What you will bring 4+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing Proven ability to build pipeline through multi-channel programs and rigorous experimentation Strong command of analytics, attribution and scoring to determine what’s working and why Clear, persuasive copywriting for landing pages, ads, and email Collaborative mindset with sales, comfortable enabling outbound and ABM motions Bias to action, commercial focus, and comfort operating in ambiguity Experience marketing to asset-heavy industries, real estate, facilities, or infrastructure Hand‑on experience with marketing automation platforms - ideally Hubspot Hands‑on with marketing ops tools (GA, GTM, GSC) and BI dashboards Experience launching into new regions or verticals This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll work directly with the leadership team to shape Asseti's growth trajectory. You'll architect and own the demand engine that drives our expansion, with a direct line of sight from your campaigns to closed revenue.
