Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
