Our client are seeking an experienced and dynamic Club Manager to lead operations at a prominent venue in Strathfield. Summary of Responsibilities Ability to supervise and deliver regular bar, restaurant, kiosk and events service, including large group bookings to a high standard; Accurately plan, analyse, report and deliver current and future financial management of the venue to agreed level; Standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming; Leading by example and nurturing and motivating the team to foster an inclusive and respectful environment; Ability to plan logically and set clear working goals; Ability to provide an effective level of verbal and written communication to the venue's many clients and markets. Facilitate internal communication to all staff, management and relevant stakeholders; Ability to manage par stocks of consumables and required operating equipment as per venue / company standard; Procedures for cost control and quality standards are maintained; Effectively plan and facilitate all new-staff training. To include sequence of service, menu knowledge, venue orientation and WHS; Ability to implement and train service staff in new menus as introduced by the venue chef and new beverages as introduced by the Head Bartender; Ability to adhere to our Health and Safety policies and procedure including risk management, staff induction, emergency procedures, first aid and food safety; Implement and maintain proactive company guidelines for Workplace Health & Safety limiting risk of injury and the Group's exposure to legal ramifications. Essential Qualifications & Experience : To hit the ground running, you must possess : A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably within a club, hospitality, or venue environment. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) licence is mandatory. A relevant degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
