This incredible 1,750sqm venue will become a wellness destination that has been designed to be the ultimate escape and showcase what modern fitness really means. Fitness First Double Bay will feature premium offerings including Reform Pilates, Ceremony HIIT and Revive Recovery (traditional and red‑light saunas, cold plunge tubs, cryotherapy beds, massage chairs and compression boots). In addition, the club will feature a state‑of‑the‑art technogym floor, dedicated strength zones, extensive free weights, coworking and lounge areas, premium change facilities and a 100sqm landscaped courtyard. As Club Manager, you will build and lead a team of fitness and customer service professionals, developing a thriving community where members feel valued – you will be driven to create more not just a gym, but a lifestyle for our members, where every visit is exceptional. Joining during the pre‑sales phase, you will establish a strong membership base and as the club becomes established, focus on retaining those members. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional service, and member retention and sales goals Manage the club’s financial performance, including sales, profit, payroll, and expenses Drive membership retention through community events and the provision of exceptional, member focused service Oversee daily club operations, ensuring facilities, equipment, and service meet high standards Support and integrate Group Fitness, Personal Training, and member engagement initiatives Maintain a strong focus on member experience, proactively seeking feedback and implementing improvements Ensure compliance with safety, HR, and operational policies across the club To be successful in this role you will need: Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast‑paced environment.
