Calibration Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Instrumentation Calibration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial pressure and temperature instrumentation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. The role requires a strong understanding of calibration procedures, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, along with a demonstrable understanding of industrial pressure and temperature instrumentation. Maintain accurate records of calibration activities, including certificates and reports. Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation as needed to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with clients to schedule and perform calibration services at their facilities. Ensure all calibration equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding calibration procedures and best practices. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during calibration activities. Continuously update knowledge and skills related to calibration techniques and industry standards. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience in calibration of industrial pressure and temperature instrumentation. Certification or relevant training from a recognised calibration or metrology organisation. Strong experience and understanding in ISO/IEC 17025 and NATA calibration procedures is mandatory. Good technical knowledge of various types of instrumentation and calibration equipment. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail with demonstrable accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using calibration software and tools, including excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites if required. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field e.g., Engineering, Electronics, Metrology. Experience with calibration management software. Familiarity with industry‑specific regulations and standards. Please note: visa support may be considered for the right candidate, but relocation support is not available for this role.
