The Role and You Reporting to the Regional Accounting Manager, this role offers exposure to both local and international finance functions, with the opportunity to drive meaningful change. You will manage month‑end close processes, support ERP implementation, contribute to acquisition accounting, and mentor junior staff, all while ensuring effective financial control and business agility. Key Accountabilities Establish and maintain month‑end ledger close processes with overseas local teams, Integration Accounting, Transaction Services Manager, and Corporate Accounting. Lead month‑end close activities for controlled ledgers, including balance sheet and P&L movement commentaries. Support new ERP implementation for assigned ledgers—user testing, data validation, and process alignment. Assist in revenue and expenditure forecasts for the acquired business on a quarterly basis. Provide interim support for operational tasks related to acquired ledgers until full integration. Mentor junior team members (Financial Accountants and Graduate Accountants). Collaborate with Treasury to manage and forecast cash flow for the acquired business. Participate in the preparation of cross‑entity schedules supporting acquisition accounting and intercompany recharge. Support local statutory audits and group audit requirements for relevant controlled ledgers. Your Experience Professional Accountant with a recognised qualification (Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent). 5‑8 years of post‑qualification experience. Previous experience in an IT or software company is highly desirable.
