Join to apply for the Integration Developer role at DWS . Join a major enterprise-wide digital transformation program focused on modernising applications and platforms. As part of our client’s team, you will design and implement event-driven and CDC-based integrations across legacy systems, Salesforce, Snowflake, and microservices. You’ll work with leading tools such as Apache Kafka, IBMIntegration Bus (IIB), and Kong API Gateway to establish scalable and secure integration patterns. Contract Details Type: Max Term Length: Initially up to 6 months, extensions possible Start: Immediate (max 2 weeks’ notice) Location: Sydney; working from both Parramatta and Macquarie Park sites Style: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the offices (mix of both locations) Rate: up to $190,000 (inc super) depending on experience Key Responsibilities Design and implement event-driven integrations and Change Data Capture (CDC) patterns across enterprise systems. Integrate platforms including Salesforce and Snowflake with microservices and legacy systems. Establish reusable integration patterns using Kafka , IBMIntegration Bus (IIB) , and Kong API Gateway . Apply best practices for security, scalability, and performance in integration design. Skills & Experience Expertise in Event Streaming (Apache Kafka, Confluent). Hands‑on experience with Change Data Capture tools (GoldenGate or similar). Strong knowledge ofIBMIntegration Bus (IIB) . Proficiency in integration design patterns (Pub/Sub, Request‑Reply, Event Sourcing). Experience integrating Salesforce and Snowflake . Solid understanding of microservices architecture and secure API design.
