Brand Manager – Celsius Six Degrees Executive is thrilled to partner exclusively with Celsius, one of the world’s fastest‑growing zero‑sugar energy drink brands, as they expand across Australia and New Zealand. The role is fully remote, with the flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Auckland. As Brand Manager, you’ll lead bold, high‑impact strategies that build brand equity, lift consumer engagement and drive market share across ANZ. This hands‑on, strategic role will translate global brand positioning into local campaigns, partnerships, community activation and product innovation. Key Responsibilities Shape and execute the annual ANZ brand plan, translating global strategy into powerful local storytelling. Lead integrated campaigns across digital, retail, experiential and community channels. Manage creative, media and production agency partners to deliver strong ROI and standout campaigns. Build partnerships across fitness, sport, lifestyle and culture to deepen consumer relevance. Collaborate with commercial, distributor and global teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints. Support and guide direct reports while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance team culture. What You’ll Bring 3+ years in FMCG, beverage or lifestyle marketing roles. Strength in leading campaigns end‑to‑end, with proven agency and budget management experience. Commercial and analytical capability, with confidence interpreting insights and data. Strong communication, stakeholder influence and cross‑functional collaboration skills. A passion for fitness, culture and energising consumer brands.
