With expansion accelerating across Australia, Asia, and the US — and a new CFO and CEO driving clear strategic direction — the business is entering a phase of scale, optimisation, and global alignment. The Opportunity This newly created Global Logistics Manager role is a key appointment within the business. Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of the global logistics network — including international freight, 3PL management, and warehousing — and lead the design and execution of new logistics infrastructure across APAC and the US. Based in Melbourne, you will oversee logistics operations across Australia, Asia, and North America, ensuring efficient freight flows, strong partner performance, and the right foundations to support continued growth. Working closely with internal leaders and global logistics partners, you will help shape a unified, scalable logistics function that matches the company’s commercial ambition. Key Responsibilities Lead global logistics operations across Asia, Australia, and the US Develop and implement integrated logistics and distribution strategies across regions Manage international shipping, freight forwarding, and 3PL partners, including greenfield setups Oversee inbound/outbound freight flows to ensure reliability, visibility, and cost efficiency Strengthen and renegotiate commercial agreements with key logistics providers Build scalable warehousing and distribution frameworks to support growth and diversification Support S&OP processes to improve demand planning, inventory accuracy, and service levels Work closely with the CFO on cost‑to‑serve, working capital, and cash‑flow optimisation Lead process improvement, systems development, and digital enablement across the network Build capability and structure to support long‑term international expansion About You You are an experienced logistics professional with strong exposure to global freight, 3PL operations, and international supply networks — ideally gained within industrial manufacturing, import/distribution, or high‑volume product environments. You combine commercial awareness with hands‑on operational discipline and can operate at pace in a lean, growing business.
