Maximum Hours : 40 hours per week The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is Australi's national criminal intelligence agency and a member of the National Intelligence Community and the Five Eyes Law Enforcement Group. ACIC is seeking multiple Business Change Managers to support the delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and future directions. These roles are critical to delivering change activities across the organisation effectively and consistently. Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans Design and deliver communications, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to guide business units Monitor and report on adoption, benefits realisation, and performance outcomes Provide expert advice on change management methodologies and best practices Identify risks and develop mitigation and treatment plans to support business continuity Work collaboratively with project teams, executives, and stakeholders to align change efforts Develop and execute communication strategies using digital adoption tools Lead change readiness assessments and provide actionable insights Mentor and coach staff, fostering a culture of adaptability and learning Maintain documentation and records in line with organisational standards Support the Change Management Practice including knowledge transfer and practice uplift Selection Criteria Max 5000 characters total in one-page pitch (individual responses not required) Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end change management within complex environments Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strong understanding and experience applying change frameworks (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar) Demonstrated success driving organisational adoption of new systems and processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills Demonstrated knowledge or experience working on projects within an Intelligence operating environment Experience working within a small to medium-sized Federal Government agency Experience working with benefits management and providing advice #J-18808-Ljbffr
