Australian Government, Defence and/or Defence Industry experience Acceptance Test and Evaluation (AT&E) in the Defence environment IT Project Management Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) experience Military operations knowledge Cyberspace warfare Analyse test results and report test outcomes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Deploy and manage AT&E team resources during test events Analyse and store OQE against requirements Assist CENGR and DCENGR in preparation and updating of the EMS Update Test Program Management Plan as required Communicate with T&E stakeholders (SDMO, JCG) Provide support to Product Teams to ensure accurate, timely and consistent testing of developed COSPO materiel Provide support to wider T&E activities within COSPO, in particular OT&E. Liaise with end user groups for AT&E activities and requirements V&V Coach and mentor the COSPO team Ensure consistent communication and flow of information across channels within the COSPO team, to senior executives and other stakeholders that is tailored to their needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
