What You’ll Be Doing Develop and implement business and financial plans Coordinate budgets, reviews, and financial reporting Lead customer experience initiatives across all facilities Drive cultural change and embed customer‑centric practices Manage recruitment, training, and performance of staff Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable service improvements Ensure compliance with regulations and City policies Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally Qualifications What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in Recreation, Leisure or related field Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check Proven experience in business planning and financial management Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions Marketing and promotional experience in recreation sector Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills National Police Clearance (under 3 months) Additional Information Why You’ll Love Working Here Work Your Way: Flexible hours and free parking Rewarding You: Boosted superannuation and extra leave options Grow With Us: Leadership programs and study support Ready to Make a Real Impact?
