You will be part of the team that implements business processes that ensure the supermarket team delivers optimum customer relationships and sustainable financial returns. Some of your specific responsibilities will include but not limited to: Rostering Ordering Meeting with Suppliers Maintaining high retail standards throughout our store Drive and coach our team to success Ensuring performance management programs are completed What we’re looking for: A positive and experienced ASSISTANT/GROCERY MANAGER Ability to expand and grow our busy and successful GROCERY DEPARTMENT. Passion for food, presentation and quality Master of ordering, stock management, and food safety standards Dedication to mentoring and staff development Who we’re looking for: Motivated and enthusiastic individuals Minimum 2.5 years experience in a similar position preferably an independent background Knowledge of back office system EMC Flexible availability across 7 days Why Us?
