About The Role Based at any of our regional Victorian branches such as Echuca, Shepparton, Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong, Cohuna, Hamilton, or Kyabram . You’ll manage a diverse client portfolio across regional Victoria, provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions, and strengthen our presence in your local community. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues, insurers, and key partners to deliver exceptional service and results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building long‑term partnerships, and making a genuine impact within their community. Whether your experience comes from insurance, banking, finance, or another client‑focused sector, your ability to understand client needs and provide trusted advice will be key to your success. About You You’re an experienced professional with a background in account management, or sales. Someone who takes pride in developing strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. You understand what it takes to work within a regulated or advisory environment and have the confidence to provide clear, solutions‑focused advice to clients. Most importantly, you’re well connected within your local community and recognise the value of building trust and reputation through genuine engagement. You’re proactive and have a natural ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
