Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies delivering excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services. Handle escalations from Service Desk Technicians & Engineers, whilst providing mentorship and support throughout the process. Advanced troubleshooting of network connectivity and general systems engineering issues. Follow documented workflows and processes for clients, responding to customers directly and take ownership of their tickets. Document time and technical information into our ticketing systems, as well as our client’s information tools. What you’ll bring Previous experience in a Senior Systems Engineer role or similar position – must have exposure to a role in an MSP environment. Extensive background with the Microsoft Stack (Intune, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, etc). Proven track record of working with networking and security technologies such as Aruba, Juniper, CISCO and Fortinet. Previous experience implementing and troubleshooting network and infrastructure related hardware. Experience mentoring and providing support to junior technicians and engineers. Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills with key stakeholders. What else do you need to apply Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill and work in a hybrid capacity. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
