Participant Recruitment Officers – Casual

Opportunity The Participant Recruitment team at UniSC Clinical Trials is looking for motivated and reliable casual team members to help engage and support people interested in participating in clinical trials. These roles are vital in creating a positive first impression for participants and ensuring smooth recruitment and enrolment processes. Responsibilities Engage potential participants via phone, text, email and social media. Provide clear information about clinical trials and answer questions to support informed participation. Conduct pre‑screening questions over the phone to assess initial eligibility and book clinic screening appointments. Accurately record data in secure systems while maintaining strict confidentiality. Collaborate with team members to balance workload and support administrative tasks. Work with stakeholders across the network to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes. Contribute to meeting or exceeding participant recruitment and enrolment targets. About you You are organised, personable and enjoy engaging with people. You take pride in accuracy and confidentiality, are comfortable working with data systems and thrive in both independent and team‑based tasks. Qualifications Experience in customer service, administration or participant engagement roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with a friendly professional approach. High attention to detail and accuracy when recording information. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work independently.
