About the Role: We are seeking Personal Care Workers - Direct Care (previously known as Nursing Assistants) to join our team on a casual or permanent part-time basis - Night Shifts. This role is based at Tarragal House located at 107 Karalta Road, Erina NSW 2250 . This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules and a supportive team that emphasizes mentoring and training. Daily duties Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals’ needs and enhance quality of life Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition Contribute to care plans and documentation Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team Desired skills and experience Experience in aged care desirable Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care Has an interest in working with the elderly Must have 2 years of experience in Aged Care About the Company Thompson Health Care is a family-owned company with five decades of experience.
