As Director of Product, Payroll you will lead a team of Group Product Managers and product managers, driving strategy for our global payroll product. You’ll raise the bar for our vision and product management discipline by fostering a team of kind, talented individuals doing the most impactful work of their careers. Leadership of a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers to deliver on our shared strategy and goals. Attract and build a talented, diverse, and thriving product team driving results in a key area of our business. Communicate and evangelize the product, roadmap, and process changes inside and outside Remote. What You Bring Hands‑on experience working in payroll as a product manager. Extensive experience in product management, ideally at high‑growth companies. Demonstrable experience leading teams of high‑performing product managers. Great judgment for both strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including senior leadership. A strong sense of design and UX. A passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are complicated. Fluent written and spoken English. Practicals You’ll report to: VP of Product. Direct reports: 2 Group Product Managers and 12 Product Managers. Location: Welcomes applicants globally; preference for EMEA applying to diversify the team. Start date: As soon as possible.
