As our Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be right at the heart of the group’s strategic focus for FY25 as we aim to deliver double-digit revenue growth through accelerating digital advertising revenues across our streaming brands underpinned by investment in technology. In this pivotal role, you will be the finance lead with responsibility for leading the broader Foxtel Media Executive team in planning and shaping strategic initiatives to deliver on this growth ambition. Reporting to the Finance Director, Streaming and Advertising you will lead the day-to-day commercial finance function for Foxtel Media including : Be a key member of the Foxtel Media Executive team, working directly with the Foxtel Media CEO and building deep and trusted relationships with senior management across finance and the business – a senior advisor who is able to influence, challenge and impact the corporate agenda Work closely with the Executive Director, proactively lean in to help establish an operating rhythm for the newly-created Advanced Advertising team, tasked with building our world class digital advertising product and driving exponential growth in FY25 as our subscription products grow and our capital projects are delivered Lead the overhaul of trading reporting to unlock more actionable insights that drive commercial outcomes Take an independent ‘outside in’ view of KPI’s and monthly performance across the Foxtel Media team while being the eyes and ears for the Group CFO to flag hot spots and be a catalyst for course-correcting plans Drive and enhance existing planning processes and systems to support high-quality debates and decisioning for Foxtel Media, including planning, budgeting and business-casing as a value-add process that supports development and delivery of plans Manage oversight of major advertising capital investments, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget and are delivering the capabilities and benefits set out in the investment business cases Lead collaboration, mentoring and cross-skilling across the broader Streaming & Advertising finance team Manage the cost base of the Foxtel Media business, while building strategic business cases and driving initiatives to grow advertising revenue for the Foxtel Group Your experience and capability 8 Years + experience in a similar role within Advertising / Media (highly desirable) Valuation creation mind-set – ability to identify opportunities to optimise investments and add value Strong finance leader who has a demonstratable track record of driving business performance through the commercial agenda Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across the business Comfortable synthesising complex information and distilling into key insights and actions for management Ability to translate how activity drivers and choices translate to revenue outcomes Commercial mindset and strong analytical skills Comfortable navigating through a constantly changing and complex environment, adapting to challenges and opportunities as they arise Pragmatic and collaborative approach to problem solving with an ability to identify quick wins Experienced working under pressure and being able to work at an 80 : 20 level managing multiple priorities without compromising quality of output A career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Hubbl, Kayo, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
